Wharever happend to good old TV Programming back in 50s & 60s?

Remember NBC used to air every sunday night The Wonderful world of Disney.
You saw great family programming. I enjoyed watching Old Yeller,, Herbie and Daniel Boone. You had decent comedy shows like Leave it to Beaver, Andy Andy Griffith show and My Three Sons. You had great Sci Fi shows like Star Trek and Lost in Space. Great Cop shows like Dragnet and Adam 12. Now you have all these violence and sex crap in todays shows. We need the old F.C.C regalations back.

umm they where boring for the most part, unrealistic and sucked...thus they went away.

the "progressives" opted for vulgarity instead, it's more "real life" for them. They'd rather see reality shows that make them feel better about their "my baby daddy" morality.
