A federal judge turned away a Department of Justice request to hold the office of former President Donald Trump in contempt for not complying with a grand jury subpoena regarding the return of classified documents to the National Archives, it was reported.

You have a very strange idea of winning. Well I guess since trump has been a loser all his life some small accomplishment would be a win in such a long history of losing.

The loser lost the defamation suit with Ms. Carroll. He now owes her 83 million dollars.

The loser lost the civil fraud case in NY state. He now owes the state of NY over 550 million dollars.

The loser lost the 2018, 2020, 2022, 2023 and the latest special election in 2024.

The loser will be found guilty of the felony charges from NY state, Georgia, Washington DC and the case in Florida.

The loser trump has been a loser all his life. He will always be a loser. You are a loser for believing his lies and following him.

Yes very true.

He's where he is all because of himself.

He chose to commit crimes. He chose to cheat on his third wife. He chose to try to overthrow our government. He tried to overturn the Georgia election, he chose to steal top secret documents, lie about it and obstruct justice.

He has only himself to blame.

It does not matter who appointed the scumbag, he proved himself unfit to judge by refusing to obey a court order requiring him to drop charges against General Flynn after it was proven the Democrats illegally framed the innocent man.

You proved it yourself. The incompetent bozo appointed by Bush disobeyed a superior court order to drop the changes against an innocent man, but he refused to do so for some stupid wicked reason.

It turned out Flynn was set up by Comey to be trapped into committing some infraction in order to use that to attack Trump. When the plot was exposed, the superior court ordered Sullivan to release Flynn, but the bent judge refused to do so.

The full disclosure doesn't suggest a sting like operation. He spoke to Flynn who gladly offered his time and then HE done the bragging and lying.
It states that clearly.

That aside, Flynn lied and you can't escape that.
