The law is being broken in Catalunya

This is a truth I have learned the cold, hard way. In the town of Gerona and the adjacent towns, they allow immigrants without papers to enter Spain and come to work. I have two friends from Honduras, Weny and Thelma. They have lived in Spain for three years and only last summer, Thelma applied for the papers. What kind of government condones the presence of people without official documentation? I am personally appauled by it!
