Its funny, you think global warming is made up, but making the min wage is better then making 60,000 a year...Based on your logic I should go quit my job and live the high life...if you make less then 60,000 I suggest you do the same.
perhaps we do but along with it we have a wealth of regulations that do nothing to aid the environment. your point is like saying there is no other way to perform this.
both have been demonstrated as the case. don't think so ? explain why not.

There has been much discussion about the shrinking middle class. It could be many in the middle class have decided to quite beating their heads against the wall while getting their pocketbooks fleeced and join the poor, so as to get on the dole.
as was demonstrated in another thread, science has been avoided. don't think so ? explain why not.

Yes...as a landlord of several low income homes, I see it every day. Several tenants owned flat screens before I did along with lots of other things.
I have one family (married couple with five kids) who receive Section 8 benefits, home heating and electric assistance, food stamps, and who knows what else. When I go to the house, I find 3-4 tvs on, lights on all over the 2000 sq ft house, heat blasting, fully furnished, lots of clothes, cell phones, several PCs. And, the entire family has a FREE membership at the YMCA.
Over the years I have had tenants split on me and leave the house completely furnished, refrig full of food, and clothing everywhere. I suspect they got all that donated to them, so it meant nothing to them.
And libs claim the poor need more benefits. CRAZY!

Well you have 2 ways..the goverment ..or hope that the people pulluting will just care out of the goodness of there heart....you go with the Pixi dust way..I go with the real way. Go to Mexico City sometime...its your dream come true...try not to get cancer breathing.

guess what I have 3 TVs...never had to pay for them...why because they are easy to get. When I get my new one, my freind who is on SS for medical reasons and has no income...gets a nice big tv ...why...because I don't need it. Do you know how cheap it is to get a cell phone? I have had 4 couches...never paid for...2 nice tables ( kitchen and coffee) never paid for..and I make good money..but I don't spend it when I don't have to. Also how much is a flat screen tv...you could get a 40 inch now new for less then 400 bucks. Seeing how when your poor you don't have alot of entertainment options...thats just over a buck a day for a year for hours of entertainment...thats less the cost of what I spend for one cheap meal out a week....
But I know, if they are not out living in a box, starving, just not poor enough for you. Got to make they they are just poor misrable...Makes you feel better about yourself I bet
why don't you just quit your job and live the high life...its sad you think people on min wage have it made...but cry for People like Romney who make billions.

It is amazing how you consistently misrepresent posts of conservatives on this board. I know its part and parcel of liberalism to misrepresent those who oppose socialism, but your parroting of the D Party/Lib Media talking points is getting so tiring.
You and the Skinny Socialist who love to proclaim that we need to 'spread the wealth around' (even though income redistribution has been a complete failure) to help the poor. And, you and your kind refuse to accept any cuts or changes in the NUMEROUS welfare programs offered to the poor (but, you will cut the military DRASTICALLY). Well my commie friend, it aint that bad being poor in America when you get all kinds of free benes.
As the chart above indicates (no doubt you failed to comprehend it), the poor live as well as someone working hard, paying ALL their taxes, and receiving NO government benes just to make $60k.
How is it that you have failed to recognize how upside down this situation is? Do you not see that the middle class is the one suffering under this completely unfair and idiotic system? Do you not understand that paying people to be poor, results in more poor people? Do you not see that taking money from working people to give to non-working people is DUMB and unfair (you libs love talking about fairness)?
No one is saying the poor should not receive help. What we are saying is the current system is unfair and ineffective.
