Way to often when a bill is pushed to a vote it has a good intent and is needed but both sides attach pet projects and law and spending that have nothing to do with the actual action they are trying to get approved. Same for budgets.
And often things attached to it that they know the other side will not vote for assuring the bill will be dead in the water and do so in order to create publicity and outrage . Its a common occurrence . And it need to stop.
The line Item veto created in 2009 was allegedly supposed to fix this but had not as meat heads on both sides still come up with outrageous demands in their bills . They seem to be unable to do whats right for America and want to do whats right for their state or lobbyist or a specific groups interests.
The Constantin is under attack by lots of politicians not because its wrong but because it stands in the way of their power grabs and desires to change America from what our founding fathers went to was and died for to create .
We truely do have the greatest nation in the world but our own government and radical special intrest groups are destroying it one chip at a time.
