why does broward and miami dade always so slow to count their votes, they are at ten percent counted. its like they wait till they see what they need to win... then count

CNN called the elections for President Obama!
He is currently at 274 electoral votes, and 4 swing states (who are currently leaning Obama) are still not in!
Now. . .there you go. . .you got your Landslide!
