Biden understands that he, like everyone has limitations. So he surrounds himself with people who can help him do the job of running our country.

Trump is an ignorant man who thought that women were being jailed for having abortions. He stated that he was so good at makijg deals that he alone could fix everything. He thought he would have the power to build an entire border wall and force Mexico to pay for it. He believed that he could devise a cheaper and better healthcare plan than Obamacare. He claimed that he could pay off the national debt. He said that he was so clever that if he had been president instead of Lincoln, he could have prevented the Civil War. He was so ignorant that he did not know that South Carolina seceded on December 24th, 1860, and Lincoln dd not even take office until March 4, 1861.

Trump does not surround himself with intelligent people. He surrounds himself with brownnosers, asskissers, yesmen and lickspittles, who know that they will be fired if they disagree with him in any way.
