Did any of Obama's missed Intel briefings discuss possible 9/11 violence at US embassies?

what was the "actionable" Intel here...Intel that said. x will attack here or this way or something of that nation...not something may happen on this day or near it...Please show this report. And Sept 11 attack there was intel that said do at least something...in years no one has ever named one action Bush took against any terrorist group before 911.

so someone has a source , that we don't know who is, that said someone said someone may attack...
thats not actionable. Thats not something you lock down a embassy for. Unless you want it to never be open. Actionable is. we have intel that x group plans a attack on this date and are able to do this attack..also our intel is very high on this...that would be something you could work with...I see nothing of value posted.

And pretty much any action against Bin Laden would have been nice...at least Clinton tried.
