Charges won't be filed against 49ers' Crabtree

    SAN FRANCISCO (AP) Criminal charges won't be filed against 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree after an alleged sexual assault in a hotel after the team's playoff victory over the Green Bay Packers, San Francisco's district attorney said Friday.

    After examining information submitted by police, District Attorney George Gascon said his office determined that no charges would be filed "at this time."

    "The San Francisco Police Department - Special Victims Unit completed and submitted a thorough investigation of the allegations against Michael Crabtree," Gascon said.

    Crabtree's attorney, Joshua Bentley, didn't immediately return a call seeking comment.
    San Francisco police said Crabtree was never detained or arrested in the matter, and that he cooperated fully with their investigation.

    Wanna Know why crabtree got favoritism? Its because San Francisco isnt a racist city unlike Atlanta and other cities of the south are. Atlanta PD are full of racist and the Judges are very biggoted as well. Look at Ray Lewis when he got arrested in Atlanta. Its because hes black. Samething that biggoted judge in Atlanta who wouldnt release Jamal Lewis to Ravens training camp whern he got released from prison,,Its because hes black. And where was Jessie Jackson and Rev Al Sharpton protesting against Georgias correctional system?     Any white person would be granted from that judge. Hell ill even bet lindsay lohan got in trouble in Atlanta the judge would look the other way because shes white.

    I agree Crabtree should have went to jail. Look the SFPD are nothing like Atlanta PD. Ever watch Dirty Harry? Detective Callahan got ALL RACES!! It doesnt mastter what color you are in SF if youre proven enough you broke the law you go to jail! But down the south if youre black youre 100% a target against the police. Because the South still cant get over this

    And Remember Ben Roethlisberger as an Rape suspect in Milledgeville Georgia? Again cops wont arrest him. Again race played a role in Georgia. But Both Ray Lewis and Jamal Lewis went to jail because they happened to be black. but nooo not to Big Ben Roethlisberger hes a typical southern white guy cops wont bust. And the same can be said about Micheal Vick. Suppose a white pro ballplayer kill dogs the media and law enforcement people will over look it. The thing about cops and judges in the south they just dont like blacks period!
