Brused ribs problem

    Anyone experance it before? I went to doctor he said theres nothing they can really do for bruised ribs. They hurt in discomfort it takes 3 for 4 weeks to recover. is there anything i can do to speed up the healing?

    If you put the heating pad on them that can increase blood flow a little which can help shorten the duration.
    This is one time where hotter is not better. Warm not hot.
    Bone bruising is just annoying as it hurts a lot worse than it sounds like it should and is slow to heal as blood flow close enough to bones to help is minimal.

    How did i injurie it? I did a stupid wrestling stunt like from ther WWE Jumped off the top rope and landed on my buddy injuired my ribs.

    Be aware thst those guys brace for falls and do not use their oppinents as mats. while it us fake its quite athletic. thats why football playrts wesr psds.
