Which part did he say China wasn't communist?

According to the undeniable facts, Blinken was not the only one who thought Biden said China was not a communist nation. If leftists wanted to make a mountain of Palin saying she could see Russian property from Alaska then why are Democrats covering for Biden, who is becoming a gaff-a-speech embarrassment to America?
