whoa, knew it was bad....

When it comes to how Americans view President Obama going into the new year, there appears to be very little spirit of Auld Lang Syne. Instead, according to the new Washington Whispers poll, many voters aren't forgetting what they dislike about Obama and want him out office.

In our New Year's poll, when asked what news event they fear most about 2012, Americans by a margin of two-to-one said Obama's reelection. Only 16 percent said they fear the Democrat won't win a second term, while 33 percent said they fear four more years. [Check out the top political events of 2011]

Next to Obama's reelection, 31 percent of Americans said they feared higher taxes, which may be proof that the president's focus on the payroll tax cut has hit paydirt.

The poll, however, held out some hope for Obama. Some 38 percent of younger Americans, 18-24, said their biggest fear was higher taxes. Just 28 percent of those same voters said they feared Obama winning in November. [See pictures of Obama behind the scenes.]

But in results backed up by other polls, older Americans and those earning $75,000 or more are especially worried about the president getting a second term, according to the poll done by Synovate eNation.

Nearly half of Americans 65 and older said Obama's reelection was their top fear, 39 percent of those making $75,000 or more agreed.

As we enter the presidential election year of 2012, what potential news event do you fear the most?
President Obama wins reelection 33%
Taxes will increase 31%
Iran will get a nuclear weapon 16%
Obama will lose reelection 16%
North Korea will attack South Korea 4%

If Obama wins it will because of the Black voters. Lets face it,,Blacks ban together like brothers and sisters. Unlike the womens vote didnt back Michele Bachmann. Blacks will simply re-elect Obama cause hes black and hes gonna take care of em. Remember these?

only problem is BO has not delivered on much of what they assumed would come to pass. They're not happy either. If support goes back to the normal 90%, he's sunk.

33% fear him elected...aka Republicans...

Notice how no Republican can beat him so far in polls...what does that tell you? They must realy fear them

It is too early to have any faith in such silly polls, but I am glad you believe in fairy tales. The Rs have not even chosen their candidate.

If you knew history, you would know that even your beloved Jimma Carter lead Reagan in some polls only weeks before Jimma got his doors blown off. The same thing is going to happen to your Messiah in November. When this happens, will you finally admit that you and your kind are out of the mainstream?

Sadly, the Rs are likely to nominate a progressive so you needn't be too unhappy. Your beloved big, oppressive, and tyrannical government will still continue unabated albeit not as quickly as your Messiah and you would like.

in other words no, you don't have any polling showing any one of them winning...

mind showing me? I have never seen one where they win...and since you know they fear him and he is so evil you would think at least one should consistently beat him would you not? After all he is like Hitler and Stalin.

you can look if you like, I note them as . when they start running against him it will matter. generic GOP beats him very consistently.

So you can't...and its always hard to run against the flawless man who holds evry view you envision him to have and has no record and no personal issues....aka Generic man...But see here is the thing...you don't have him...you have

The Corperation...that the Republicans hate, but will end up....because thats just what you guys do.
The Libertarian..would never win because you can't go and say make Heroin legal and win...Welcome to America...does not matter if you think its wise or not..you don't win.
The Lizard....lol family values from a cheating 3rd wifer...who rallies against DC...when no one can recall him not being DC...
The Google problem...a frothy mix of I hate Gays vote for me mixed with...having sex with your wife if not for the sole purpose of having a kid is wrong...also no more BJ's guys...its a sin...by the way I when I said Blacks....I really said blachhhh....
Or the sane guy you hate because he is Conservative and still worked for Obama..In like 9 threads no one has ever said to me why he is not conservative...they just attack him...
The Texas Idiot...no the new one....really?

But of course you just cling to, well the perfect person we created out of the things we like about evryone and no bad...well he can win!

As the OP states, American's biggest fear by a 2 to 1 margin is BO's reelection. If that margin of fear stays where it is, in November BO gets smoked...and our lovable Mr. Strawman KNOWS THIS...so he is just trying to make himself FEEL better by citing hypothetical polls.

A good question might be what is BO doing to improve his chances at reelection. I do not see anything that would indicate he is trying to reduce unemployment, tackle the deficit, and turn the economy around. In fact, it seems to me he is doing just the opposite. He attacks the wealthy, attacks the private sector, adds more regulations, golfs regularly, takes extravagant vacations....but if someone can point me to a policy the Skinny Socialist is advancing that will improve our economy, I am all ears...
