How do you feel about the ranking? Do you feel it's fair?

Do you think a journalist's right to protect a source should be inviolable? Should it be a right that applies in all circumstances? I'm not so sure when it comes to issues of national security (although I do think "issues of national security" needs to be strictly defined. There are too many vague definitions of legal terms these days that seem to lead to a lot of loopholes).
