So essentially, the entire State of Wisconsin should be subject to the whims of the public unions? 


You are essentially arguing that it would be a good idea to increase taxes or cut spending out of other areas so that public unions can demand more money.  That is outrageous. 




If a company is broke, they are broke, and there is no more money to demand.  It is the same with a state.


You are essentially arguing that if a company like GE was broke, but the union wanted more money, then GE should sell a division to make it happen.
