thats what I was trying to find some research on when I found that article. It gave some insight regarding this which kind of dovetails with reports that Europe is facing a great challenge keeping up as it's population is aging and costs jacking as we've seen in recent years. Point seems to keep coming back to a declining gap between here and there. I really need some better research regarding the highlighted. Just not taking it at face value.
