What is it you think these countries are doing that actually lowers the cost of PROVIDING healthcare? Subsidizing the cost of providing HC through higher taxes and/or deficit spending won't actually lower the cost of PROVIDING healthcare... But, so far, that's the only "solution" you're suggesting to address the problem.
