A President whose popularity ratings have bottomed out in the 20th percentile remaining in office past the end of his term amidst accusations of extreme corruption, war profiteering, and incompetence? No way.If we see a big enough cataclysm to cause what you're talking about here you can expect that before that day is through impeachment proceedings for George W. Bush will have begun. He's the scapegoat for everything these days and while he deserves a lot of it, I think the potential for it to get out of hand is fully realizable. This is how it would be realized.
