Who says their costs are really lower. They often "hide" the costs like France does so it appears lower. Governments will try to make it look like they are spending less than they are. But governmnts cant really hide the costs of health care in the private sector as well (and they don't want to)And we do get better treatment in a variety of ways so that would account for some of our costs.Theirs are not going up?
