I agree with Dave on this one. In my opinion the big names in Bush's legislation have been ineffective (NCLB, Patriot Act), and some misleading (Clear-skies Initiative). [Note I'm not trying to start fighting over the validity of these pieces of legislation]It is the duty of the Supreme Court to exercise its power and carefully review the legislation and take care of it. We should take lessons from mistakes not make new ones by impeaching another president.
