I recall Republicans supporting this move as well as a whole. And right now, we have another major opportunity in Egypt. If keeping the moderate elements of the military in Egypt more or less on our side costs a few planes (which creates more dependence from them to us) then so be it. The army over there has just created a major opening for us...will we take advantage?
