1. ...Oyun-Erdene (Mongolia's prime minister) will fly back to Mongolia’s capital, Ulaanbaatar, on Saturday having signed agreements aimed to ease U.S. access to Mongolia in a bid to jump-start U.S. investment in the country. They include an open skies agreement that will pave the way for direct flights between the two countries starting next year and an economic cooperation road map that Oyun-Erden sees as key to enticing U.S. firms to invest in the country’s mining sector.
....Beijing buys more than 90 percent of Mongolia’s exports and the country relies on the Chinese port of Tianjin to ship out much of what it sells to the rest of the world. Mongolia hopes that technology may reduce that dependance. “Cargo could be transported by drones” in the future, Oyun-Erdene said....

2. US and Mongolian officials this week discussed “creative ways” to ensure the landlocked country, dependent on goodwill from its neighbours China and Russia, could get critical minerals onto the world market, a US State Department official said on Friday.
...Asked about how to ensure that Mongolia could exporting such commodities without hindrance, the official said it was in a “tough geopolitical situation”, being landlocked. “So we talked about … very creative ways where we can get that … available to the market.”...

3. The following may be some of the "creative" ways by which Rip Van Winkle/Uncle Sam and day-dreaming Mongolian politicians try to export Mongolian goods to the US without violating the sovereignty of China and Russia.
(a) Exporting Mongolian goods by rockets to the US. The rockets will not violate the sovereignty of China and Russia as they travel to the outer space and enter US airspace with cargoes of Mongolian goods.
(b) Maybe Uncle Sam could invent a "time tunnel" to send Mongolia back to the era of the Mongolian Empire. At that time, Mongolia was not only able to export goods freely to the outside world but it also sent huge fleets to invade Japan.
(c) Maybe the US is eyeing the day when it could defeat China in a war and award a huge tract of Chinese territory all the way from Mongolia to the northeast Chinese coast for exporting Mongolian goods to the US.
(d) Maybe Uncle Sam could invent a teleportation device to help Mongolia export goods to the US without violating the sovereignty of any country.
(e) Maybe Uncle Sam could invent some "magic, invisible" (not the "stealth" types that evade radar) trucks and cargo planes for transporting Mongolian goods across Chinese territories and skies in plain sight of everybody except the Chinese.
(f) Maybe Uncle Sam could make the Mongolian prime minister's dream come true by inventing huge drones that could fly to the outer space and enter US airspace with cargoes of Mongolian goods.
(g) Maybe Uncle Sam could learn some witchcraft to turn the Chinese leader and all his CCP members into mongoloids so that they will gladly let the US and Mongolia violate Chinese sovereignty.
(h) Lastly this seems to be the most practical and creative method of all. Uncle Sam could consider making a quick U-turn by helping Russia win the Ukraine war so that Mongolian goods can be transported freely across Russian territories and airspace for exporting to the US.
