Hillary broke several federal laws against the mishandling of government emails and broke federal laws by destroying emails in violation of subpoenas.  Democrats forgave her because they believed poor Hillary meant no harm.

Democrats ignored Biden's mishandling of government documents for more than a decade, also because Democrats determined to excuse him for things Trump did, except Democrats don't excuse anything Trump has done, no matter how minor or insignificant
