That is right, because if a sniper is task with protecting a candidate sees a ahooter and deliberately lets him shoot this is a terroristic violation of the espionage act which requires instant action to protect. Since he did not act accordingly, he should be arrested, but that would prompt him to reveal who told him to stand down which would get him suicided before this could happen. The GOP knows this but will not act or even mention these little facts.
