Looks like a tie to me. Unfortunately, the best any of them can do is 3rd banana because Desantis is from Florida and the Pres & VP can't come from the same state and therein lies the the rub. He should have left that sleeping dog alone and that would have put him in the driver's seat at the nominating convention if Trump couldn't run for some reason. His political stand is the closest thing to Trump and he should have just shut up and would've been in line for any post of his choice, or the nomination if necessary. Alas, politicians don't always make good political decisions. Go figure!
There is a new contender for this year's moxiemoron award: Chris Christy calling someone else a "blowhard", at the top of his lungs.
Nicky Haley is the GOP version of the delightful Hillary Clinton: she is shrill and too intense by twice. If she wasn't a woman she would have nothing at all to run on. She walked away from the UN at an inconvenient time and is the love child of the anti-Trumpers. They vote in primaries.
All of the so-called second tier candidates are only running in case Trump can't run and all have the very same shortfall: they are all trying to run on a different platform than the one that makes Trumpers Trumpers. We know what we want, and we want our candidate to reflect those wants. There are entirely too many ~minority~ categories to be fulfilled, and therefore lots and lots of possible VP candidates out there. There is one straight, white, male, that doesn't shit on Trump publically who may break the glass ceiling for VP. We all know who he is. Two straight white males on the ticket? Earthshattering.
