Maybe you've seen something I haven't, but I don't recall hearing Bush say anything about it being "OK" with him. The only thing I've seen is his admitting that something has to be done, and him waiting for congress to come up with something he can sign.I am happy to see that someone is trying to put some controls on this thing though.
