As sweet as all the Obama bashing is surely the point is being missed. This was an intelligence failure on the part of many agencies thus the test for Obama is surely to organise the US intelligence community into something much better and more efficient.The "war on terror" has been going on for sometime thus one would have assumed that Obama's predecessor would have addressed these issues and had systems in place to deal with such issues!
