See that is where you and I will differ. I held Bush responsible for not protecting us on 9/11 and the shoe bomber as well. It was is his job to keep us safe and the buck stops with management. Just because the attack failed doesn't mean it was any less of a risk. The technology and capability is there to increase our safety 10x, but Pres. Obama's eye was not on his primary duty. Instead, he was worrying about legislation which by law is not his job! All I'm asking for is for there to be proactivity instead of reactivity. There is a military saying, "One second late is one second dead." Unlike the IT world where latency costs money, in the HLS and DoD latency costs lives.
