Yeah isn't it funny how state prisons that are in shambles, and have much worse conditions and vastly more wasteful, are just fine. But a private prison that breaks the least of rules, must be closed.Reminds me of Soviet Russia, where the government assumed control because of inefficient private practices, and then couldn't even feed their population, let alone anything else.
