1. ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES — Russia showed up in force Monday at an arms fair in the United Arab Emirates, displaying combat-tested weapons up for export, including rifles and air defense systems.
At an isolated pavilion at the International Defense Exhibition (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi, Moscow's state arms exporter Rosoboronexport said it had more than 200 full-scale models of armament, ammunition and military gear.
Russian armored vehicles, attack helicopters and anti-aircraft missile systems were also on display at IDEX, which opened Monday, as crippling Western sanctions push President Vladimir Putin to seek new markets for arms exports....
In a statement ahead of IDEX, Rosoboronexport head Alexander Mikheev called Middle Eastern states "important partners" and said his firm was "working out proposals ... that could be of immediate interest" to countries in the region.
He told TASS at IDEX on Monday that Rosoboronexport was preparing to offer reconnaissance and strike drones to foreign partners.
Russia supplied 20% of the Middle East's arms imports between 2000-2019, but the Arab Gulf's arms market has been firmly dominated by American and European firms, said Albert Vidal, a Fulbright scholar at Georgetown University....

2. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on Tuesday that the alliance is “increasingly concerned” that China may provide Russia with weapons for its ongoing war with neighboring Ukraine....
“We are also increasingly concerned that China may be planning to provide lethal support for Russia’s war,” Stoltenberg said in his opening remarks. “Putin must not win. That would show that aggression works and force is rewarded. It would be dangerous for our own security, and for the whole world.”...
His remarks came after comments made by Secretary of State Antony Blinken last week, where he claimed that China is “strongly considering” providing Russia with “lethal assistance” for its war with Ukraine, adding that he warned his Beijing counterpart against making that move.
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield also warned China that there will be “consequences” if they provide lethal aid to Russia, noting that the U.S. has already communicated ramifications to Beijing if it were to happen....

3. Spreading disinformation is quite similar to fishing because it expects the audience to swallow it hook, line and sinker. In more than 240 years of its history, the American Empire has been using disinformation to demonise or dehumanise its enemies before launching its attacks. For instance, the early white settlers dehumanised the Red Indians before committing genocide and stealing their country. Now the Red Indians have become the forgotten minority in their ancestral homeland.
Similarly, the so-called US allies such as the UK, Spain, Germany and Japan had been demonised by the US Empire during the wars. Hence. they should know the true face of Uncle Sam. As an example, the brutality of the war (of the American Revolution against the British Empire) convinced leading American statesmen such as George Mason (1725-1792) that enduring hostility would exist between Britain and America. However, now the bitter old enemies are talking about the "special relationship" between them.
4. With so many weapons to sell to other countries, does it make sense for Russia to import arms from China? Those propagandists, who allege that China may provide Russia with weapons for its ongoing war with Ukraine, should go for a mental health check.
Stoogetenberg is dancing to his NATO master's tune. There is an effective way for him to reduce Russia's weapon stockpile to zero. He should urge the US Empire and its allies to buy up all the Russian weapons at the International Defense Exhibition (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi, so that Russia has no weapons left to wage war in Ukraine.
