I will believe this when I see it. The present government of Cuba is hideously incompetent. When Miami Cubans travel to Cuba, they are asked to bring salt. SALT. An island surrounded by a salty ocean cannot produce enough salt. There is also a shortage of paper products, toilet paper, sanitary napkins and paper towels. Cuba has PLENTY of trees to make paper.

If Russia wants to donate oil to Cuba, that is fine with me. But again, I will believe it when I see it.
