Why not just stick to the constitution, close down the Department of Education, and leave it up to the states? Then, perhaps, get the federal government to do what it's supposed to do:Put an end to illegal immigration,Put a satisfactory end to the wars in Iraq and Afganistan,Balance the budget,and get the hell out of our personal lives. Education is not a function of the federal government.
