Light is not constant. Period. The speed of light is not constant anymore than its dual nature. Those natures are not exactly the same and: Does light ever behave as both a particle and wave at the exact same time? Not a set amount of light - single particle of light? Constant as used here means exactly the same or perfect; elegant. But there you go: Duality, an exact reflection of what this universe and man is...look at other people. What is constant about people? One thing and you must affect the inside conditions in order to then make it constant. Mass times the constant squared is thought to be the speed of light squared. We are taught the speed of light is constant and we are taught that it is 186,000 miles per second.
The possibility or opportunity exists for light to travel at a constant speed. There is another equation which applies to the physical - E=MC2 - that accounts for the varying speed of light. I have been told that Einstein understood this and wrote a paper about it but that he did not publish it as it was too disturbing. I belive in his lifetime he realized something he once thought was an anomaly was not but I in no way belive he wrote a paper that reasoned harmonic convergance on the physical plane but yet did not publish it as it was too disturbing. If such a paper exists he did not publish as he doubted what he reasoned as anytime he owned knowledge he published it. There is also harmonic convergance on the metapysical plane or in the other dimensions. Uniformity is the union of the physical and metaphysical and to do this one first has to prove God is actual reality. I began with the metaphysical due to unique facts of me and then knew light was not constant in any way by its nature or speed. A consistancy or pattern exists in that its nature is always dual as a particle and wave and in its varying rate of speed. Consistancy is not the same as constant. Just as there is something constant about a person there is a constant regarding light. This is what produces an equation expressing harmonic convergance which is uniformity of the physical planes. To arrive at true uniformity you have to then reason the metaphysical and then you must unify the two.
Men always begin with the physical. Like: Pulling one sentence out of all I stated. That is ego as all you commented upon was the appearance of a few words. Style w/o any sustance. You say you are a physics major; I believe your testimony. So, you do not care to know how and why the magnetic North Pole moves? You can talk about the Earth's crust moving independently from its core but that does not reason it. It is faulty reasoning. Anyway:
I did it backwards and so came to crack the code of the universe. I can not only prove the existence of God using the magnetic North Pole as I can predict its movemnt but I can prove all of Relativty and my own theory as I can even manipulate its movement. I can actually prove beyond any doubt time travel is possible. I can use nature to do this and a person to do this. Energy and matter is united in the universe, in people, within US government and law and within Native American belief systems. They all exactly match once you know the facts.
One of the problems with all physics textbooks and most other books on this topic is the words they are using do not describe the concept correctly even if they get most of the science correct and so far? Only one person I know of has that part of the concept other than myself. There is not a book or paper in exsitence that reasonss uniformity as fact as it is my unique intellctual property as I did what all else failed to do: I defined and described Uniformity as it actually exists in this universe. As a said a few people have some of it, and one has an entire half of it but no other person has all of it. A man would indeed 'get' or know Relativity as a man is relative to creation. A man would not ever 'get' uniformity or what I have named Intrinsicity as women are intrisnic to creation as all things are born including universes and no man will ever give birth to a living person but only intellctual property. It is humanly impossible for a man to achieve the intellectual property known as Uniformity as birth is the key. A man was never going to do it as he cannot know physical birth as absolute fact. A man can easily achieve metaphysical uniformity but not physical as in generating the intellectual proerty. Inviolate laws of biology and physics make this so.
I did not go back to read my post but if I write that light is not constant as it behaves as a particle and a wave you can believe what I say as hardcore fact. I did not make a mistake - you did.
Susan, the person who has discovered, developed and written The Theory of Intrinsicity aka Uniformity, The Definitive Theory of Everything and who has had all seven sacred experiences of God to be had in this world and is the person who has actually traveled in time by accessing the unified field so she was an old man in 1826 who returned as a baby in 1967 and then in 2007 accessed the unified field once again in order to return to the moment of her own creation so she could then reason and prove when and how your soul - a set amount of energy - enters a fetus thus personhood or the right of liberty comes into existence as the federal court has never been of the ability to define this and uses the idea of babies to deny women all of their liberty rights and it was always very clear to her how the human nervous systems lights up or comes alive: Cell memory causing friction when a heart begins to 'beat' which produces a charge after a week. It is as if lightning hit a fetus. That charge? It is a force called Intrisnic force; it is not electricty nor electromagnetism.
All of the fundamental forces? They interact within a human being including the nuclear weak and strong forces. I have cold fusion too but I still have to reproduce it in the lab as I do not have the resources currently.
In case you're wondering: 99% of the time men play dumb when dealing with me. Brain trust suddenly have nothign to say when they hear or read my work as they canot belive a woman did this. A self-educated woman. It is an ego thing as true genius is not suposed to be realized in a woman. You did not do that but it strikes me as odd that once again a man is picking at words when he is incorrect not me:

Lol! I turn the channel when NOVA comes on as every question they ask and state is a mystery of the universe is not; I know the answers. I was so sick of hearing them say over and over But science has no idea why, no idea why the pole moves, no idea why there is more matter than antimatter, no idea how to cross the bridge between the dimesions and no idea what happened to any life that was on Mars that I finally wrote to Max Tegmark and Neil Tyson. I did not give it all up but gave them enough to let them know if they truly wanted the answers I did indeed have them and: Silence. When that happens? Lol! That's my clue: EGO; they only want the answers from another man or if they publish them. If they do not acknowledge me they can then claim they did not own the knowledge that this is my work or that they ever recieved any letter from me. I took care of that. It is like chosing to be ignorant only so you still have a TV job wondering aloud Why? but that Why? is not sincere...it's like asking what seems to be unanswerable only for the sake of being able to keep wondering and theorizing instead of owning th knowledge. I told them: I can fullfil part of your mandate but the bads news is most of your agenda is unconstitutional and here's why and so they wrote back and refused to take on my case but wrote an exac tlie as to why; when I called? A person said: They need that agenda; I'm nobody here but they aren't going to take on a case that leaves them with no job. A LIE. They'd all have jobs and tons of work; what they would not have? Gay rights and in this state they get a lot of money for taking on gay rights cases. I said it is Gay right out loud and this person said No; I said: Oh yes it is as your agenda gives gay men rights and privileges that gay women still do no have. It's gay as the ACLU is not willing to give up the money they receive from the contributions of men who are gay as woman who are gay do not earn or donate that kind of money. They had no answer.
You may not understand this but I have spent my entire life fighting men who insist they are not doing what they are doing only as I'm a woman and they even act in such a way they manage to fool most people but in the end? What they truly believe is realized someway, somehow and it is always: Woman, and a woman is less than a man. Am I saying you have done this? No, as I do not know you well enough to state that and: A person who does not know physics could have misunderstood and so then had a mistaken belief. I'm still dissappointed though.
