to support his latest irrelevent attack against Palin, that her daughter is single and pregnant (what popeye doesn't tell you is she and her bf are getting married - this sequence is of course very common in the US).
But Popeye's own reference gives the lie to his earlier slur - that Palin faked a pregnancy to cover up an earlier supposed pregnancy by he daughter. That the earlier child Trig was born on april 18, that it is now sept 1, and also (from popeye's link above) since Palin's daughter is now five months pregnant, she couldn't have been Trig's mother, even though this lie was endlessly repeated by the leftwing internet slur machine.
