Damn, I word my questions too hard. Todd, I'd agree with you in general, and I like your use of the sliding scale, as to me that indicates an insight that the general terms themselves seem to mask. So too the differentiation of orientation and behavior. This is why I'm interested in changing the labels or their usage somewhat. You also pretty much understood the thrust of my question 4.
