The link never did bring up a video, but anyone who has been watching knows that Rangel is a senile old fool. How he keeps getting reelected is a mystery, but it does say a lot about his constituency.

Why is this a "must see video"?

I have seen two articles by this guy (which I am assuming is you), and they seem to little more than partisan hit pieces, often in cases where none are warranted.
