ok I'll get the ball rolling
1. repeal Omabacare
2. roll back the last 10 years of EPA regs
3. repeal Dodd-Frank
4. repeal Sarbanes-Oxley
5. repeal/rollback Community reinvestment act and any other supporting regs
6. make the Bush tax cuts permanent
7. repeal alternative min tax
8. repeal HIPPA
9. pass a budget mirroring 2000 in terms of spending ( yeah tha means Medicare rX is gone)
10.pass a law setting the bar for for emminamt domain to 1800 level.

Well this is going sound convoluted to all of yours, but here goes.
This was hard. I've tried to come up with a list, (below) but in reality, what President can really know until they get into the White House and find out just how bad and complicated it really is. But my overall policies would be to eleminate the size and scope of the federal government and get back to it's original constitutional responsibilites, like protecting it's borders. I would want all other internal and social issues to be dealt with by the individual states. I would have a budget and live with it. Not to spend more than we take in, or borrow unless it's an absolute emergency and short term only.
There are so many issues I would want to address besides the ones I've listed below.
1. Do away with half my cabinet, (including HHS which will repeal Obamacare) all their departments and 50% of all Federal employees to start and no federal unions allowed.
2. Reduce the IRS by 90% and put in a 10% flat tax on ALL income with no exemptions, other than charitable deductions.
4. Get rid of punishing regulations (this monster will take a long time to figure out)
5. Seal the border, and militarize it if needed. And tell Mexico if they don't help we'll cross the border and clean it up ourselves if necessay.
6. Bring all military home, unless the host country is willing to pay for it.
7. Get out of the UN and get it out of our country.
8. Eliminate all foreign aid to undemocratic and unfriendly countries (if at all)
9. Double our military or at least increase it by 30% to start.
10. Give all Federally owned property back to their respective states.
11. NO subsidizing anything.
12. Medicare and Social Security is a big challenge. This does have to be planned for over a long period, but my plan would be to privatize it and grandfather it out of the system over a long period.
13. Clearly redefine "Treason" and reinforce it with the death penalty. (Don't like it here? Your free to leave)
