Interesting that Walter is 100% beholden to the democratic party of the USA.
I'm not obsessed with with party politics in Austria or Luxembourg. So what is the deal man? What is in it for you?
You once started a thread about George Santos. 435 members of the house of representatives and 100 senators and our Central European friend was obsessed about George fucking Santos? 99.9% of Americans could not tell you who he is.
So please Walter elaborate on why a German speaking European hates republicans so much and is a total bitch for the democrat party of America. You would make a damn good case for why Americans should be voting republican.

Why speculate about Obama running for office in Austria?
I doubt that there are enough Black Austrians to have any effect whatever.

The democratic party has many, many flaws, but Trump is crazy and a serious threat to democracy.
USA is the most important country in the world for economy, global stability and democracy. If Trump wins, his friends Putin and Xi will laugh out loud and will further weaken US.

Holy shit are you misinformed.
How is Trump a friend of China? He blamed them for Covid and was called a racist for it. They were to blame! China is a country not a race by the way.
He is standing up to them economically like no recent president has done.
You want the west to help China by stopping production of coal.
As for Putin Trump's energy policies would hurt Russia because he wants to increase the production of fossil fuels and be a stronger competitor to Russia for their energy. Putin did not invade another country when Trump was president but invaded Ukraine under Biden.
Putin took Crimea under your hero Obama and he took part of Georgia when Bush was president. He did not do shit with Trump.

Let's talk about threats to democracy.
What country wants foreigners coming in and influencing their elections? Democrats have done that with their immigration policy. They opened the door to our southern border, encouraged and helped people to come in. Just because they think those people and their kids and grand kids are more likely to vote a certain way.
What about judicial review? It is necessary and a part of our country since Marbury vs Madison. But what is more democratic having 9 people in robes deciding the abortion issue or having voters and those that represent them in each state decide?
Democrats have regularly tried to bypass voters by making policy through court decisions.

Trump is the enemy of democracy because he thinks that demonstrators should be shot in the legs if he is displeased with them. He wants to hold a very bloody Kristallnacht in which the cops beat up people badly so they will know how tough he is. He wants to round up millions of people who have US citizen children, hold them in camps and deport them. He refuses to allow Congress to pass immigration reform so that he can bitch and moan about immigrants being criminals and mental patients. AND he wants to be a dictator. \He attempted to illegally seize power and nullify a free and fair election.
