Today is the day the judge gave as a deadline for all parties to have their briefs etc. on file. He said that he would send his recommendation to the Geirgia SecState "shortly afterward". The SecState must make his decision in this matter pretty soon. Early Voting for Georgia's March 6 "Super Tuesday" primary election, begins on Feb. 13. And there must be time to print the ballots and distribute them to voting centers, before that.
