I think the BS is Obama's attorneys not showing up for the hearing.  They obviously participated in the entire process up until the time they had produce evidence to back up their position.  We all know they do not possess this evidence.  That is why they chose not to show up.  Once again, the socialist dictator showing total disregard for state law.
