The only evidence he offers for this assertion is an EMS log file entry that reads “EmsLogger - There is no permission to {0}”, which he claims “is direct proof of an attempt to tamper with evidence” (¶J.8). This is absurd and misleading. A programmer would immediately recognize that {0} is merely a placeholder, in this case one that was intended to be replaced with a description of the attempted action [26].
