You see if they are not kept active they tend to cause issies such as fight an killing each other and the guards.
Well you can not have that can we now lug nut. So, you have the following choices EITHER KEEP THEM LOCKED UP 24 & EXCEPT FOR MEALS ETC WHICH WILL DRIVE THEM MENTALLY NUTTY AND IF THEY HAVE A ROOMY THEY TEND TO GET OUT OF CONTROL.
