There are a few posters (you not included) in THIS thread who are critical of business for trying to avoid the damaging affects of Obamacare. Some are discussing the lack of taxes on business in Obamacare (head in the weeds)....which completely misses the point. The point is the law is a job killer at a time when our economy is tanking, it makes American business even more noncompetitive, it IS VERY COSTLY for American business, and the growing debt will bankrupt the nation.
