A Staged Photo-Op Gone Bad
As George W. Bush continues his re-write history tour in a feeble attempt to create a positive image for his utter failure as a president, he made a surprise visit to Iraq. During his visit he claimed the Iraq war was "necessary". After all those years, all those reports of his blunders, all those American deaths and casualties, all those reports of his use of false intelligence, on and on, today he claim's it was necessary.
He held a press conference today with Iraq Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. A few minutes into Bush's staged photo op one of the television reporters for an Arabic television network had some remarks of his own for George W. Bush. He yelled in Arabic, "This is a farewell kiss you dog!" Then he threw a shoe at Bush. Stunned, Bush ducked the shoe. The reporter then threw a second shoe at Bush, which he also ducked. In the Arab culture, having a shoe used against you is an ultimate insult.
It's accurate and factual that authorization for Bush's war was based on his very explicit claims. It's accuarant and factual that after Bush started his war we learned that 100% of his claims were 100% false. Apparently their are a few Arabs that don't consider the war all that "necessary" either.
