Man arrested 153 times

A man from Portsmouth, New Hampshire has been arrested for the 153rd time, one week after being released from a 1 year jail term on a previous theft charge.

Petty theft, open containers, trespassing, it looks to me like this guy would rather be in prison.

Just don't add up how much he has cost the taxpayers. That would be depressing.

After so many arrests, he has an institutional mentality.

Add that to the fact that with so many arrests, no one would hire him. Three hots and a cot is better than sleeping under an overpass and not knowing where your next meal is coming from.

I'd have to agree with you. The only other explanation is the guy is mental... and you'd have to assume the courts would have figured that out by now.
