I'm not sure what may be considered legal nowadays. For example, it may be legal or illegal for colleges to reject admission applications on the basis of race or racial quotas. In some secondary schools it may be legal to wear satanic emblems and t-shirts promoting Satanism, but not symbols of Christianity or conservative politics. Laws like this are formed by people with biases that affect their judgment.
