I mean that bigotry is very common and not confined to any one group. Of course the things you posted are wrong, but what Christian bigots do is just as wrong.  Without in any way excusing anyone else, you have to realize that scripture says, "As ye sow, that also shall ye reap."  Self-identified Christians have been sowing fear, hatred, and violence for many centuries so it's bound to catch up to them eventually. God is not mocked.
