It would be very useful if we were fighting an actual country, with a defined military force that had infrastrcture not buried in civilian homes/hospitals/mosques and they wore uniforms. All the technology in the world is useless against people who pop out of their homes dressed in farmers garb take a few shots at a platoon of Marines, run back in their homes and pretend to be farmers again. And then we kill these people, and websites like Iraq Body Count chalk it up as a "civilian" death.Whether or not you believe that this is a civilian is only up to you? I certainly have my opinion.
