If re-elected--one of the many things he will ATTEMPT--is ruling through executive orders.
Negating Congress completely. De Facto dissolving them.
Already proven the budget has been retired as a way to fund government.
He is forgetting about one problem he has--The Pentagon.

They are first and foremost loyal to the United States.
It remains to be seen if that loyalty is shared by Obama.
