More bad news for redneck nation, the GOP is having a rough last couple of election cycles..it couldn't happen to more deserving group of bigots and hypocrites...

Of course, whiner Normie Coleman has promised to appeal to the Minnesota and possibly the US Supreme Court, but nothing has gone his way so far and it's really just a matter of time before Al Franken takes his rightful place as senator from the state of Minnesota.

Al Franken's lead in the Minnesota Senate race grew Tuesday after some absentee ballots were counted in court, but some issues remain to be decided in the case, and Franken's opponent, Norm Coleman, plans to appeal.

Franken, the Democrat, held a 225-vote lead over Coleman, the Republican incumbent, after a recount of the November election. Tuesday, after a seven-week case brought by Coleman and the counting of 351 absentee ballots that had been wrongly rejected, Franken's lead grew by 87 votes, to 312 votes.

The tabulation brings the vote totals to 1,212,629 for Franken and 1,212,317 for Coleman.

Al Franken.........heres a guy with all kinds of qualifications. I feel sorry for the state of Minnesota.

Normie sounds a lot like Al Gore, eh?

Al Gore conceded...something Coleman seems unable to bring himself to do.

Here's a Minnesota newspaper that endorsed Coleman now calling on him to concede...

Coleman is now only delaying the seating of Franken and in doing so is not servicing his staff, his financial contributors or the people of Minnesota.

For a time many Minnesotans followed the case closely, but now, after five months, they mainly see stalling. As for the rest of the country, at first, Americans thought Minnesota looked like a diligent place for vote recounts. Now, it’s starting to seem like an election laughingstock.

And Coleman, who rails against career politicians, is looking like a career politician who is losing his career.

A good politician knows when he is looking bad and making his state look bad.

Throw in the towel.

Doesn't sound like there is a good politician in the group. I give Franken 1 term, and the people will oust him in a hurry.
