Fake suspects being tortured by Russia?

The media isn’t talking about this because they never come to Muslim people’s defense but how do we know that the terrorist attack wasn’t an inside job by Putin? As I was watching a man get his ear cut off and cry and beg for his life I got to thinking he didn’t seem like the terrorist type to me. The terrorist type would’ve stayed and fought police in a blaze of glory. Why is it that police didn’t engage with the terrorists and they were able to escape and be arrested later as suspects? That’s totally not how mass shootings on this scale play out. I think Russia is friends with people pretending to be ISIS so that they can go after Muslims with something xenophobic in the works.
